We don’t sell your information. The form is processed by a serverless function hosted on Cloudflare, and the request is delivered to us by an email delivery service. These providers handle your information only to deliver your request to us. Our hosting provider may also process technical data, such as IP addresses, in server logs and for security and rate limiting.

How long we keep it

We keep repair request details only as long as needed to handle your request and for any records we are required to keep. Details of requests that do not lead to a repair are deleted within a reasonable period.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits. Contact us through the contact form and mark your message as a privacy request.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server, protected against spam, and rate limited. We don’t store your submission in a database on this website.
