How much does a laptop diagnostic cost?
The diagnostic is $29.99. Most repairs are $35.99 labour. Keyboard replacement is $65.00, screen replacement $90.00 and motherboard issues $145.00. Parts, shipping and applicable taxes are quoted separately.
Do you offer free pickup?
Yes. Pickup and return delivery are free within our London, Ontario service area, currently up to 15 km. Enter your postal code in the repair request and we will confirm your address is covered.
How long does a repair take?
Repair time depends on the fault and on parts availability. We give you an estimate with your quotation, before you approve anything.
Are replacement parts included?
No. Our listed prices are labour only. Parts, shipping and applicable taxes are additional, and every part cost appears on your quotation before you approve the repair.
Do you provide warranties?
Warranty terms depend on the repair and the parts used, and are stated in writing on your quotation before you approve any work. Replacement parts may also carry the manufacturer’s own warranty.
What happens if I decline the repair?
Nothing else is charged. Your device is returned and only the diagnostic fee applies. We never start a repair without your approval.
Do you repair MacBooks?
Yes. We replace MacBook batteries and carry out other MacBook repairs. Parts and what is possible vary by model and year, so we confirm everything in your quotation before you approve any work.
Do you replace MacBook batteries?
Yes. MacBook battery replacement is $55.00 labour, plus the cost of the battery for your model. Tell us your MacBook model in the repair request and we confirm the battery and the total in your quotation.
Can I request a specific repair?
Yes. Tell us what you want done, such as a new SSD or a battery replacement, in the problem description. We still diagnose the device first so the quotation reflects what it actually needs.
Are you responsible for the data on my device?
We are not responsible for any data on your device. Please back up your files before handing it over. Repairs, upgrades and software installs can result in data loss.
What areas do you serve?
We serve London, Ontario. Free pickup and delivery covers the service area within 15 km. We do not offer pickup outside that area.
