How we work
laptoprescue.shop is a small, independent laptop and MacBook repair service in London, Ontario. We work by appointment: you tell us what’s wrong through the website, we collect your device, and we come back to you with a diagnosis and a quotation.
Because we’re appointment-based and come to you, you don’t have to find parking, queue at a counter or leave your computer with a stranger for an open-ended wait. You decide whether to go ahead after you’ve seen the price.
We don’t publish a shopfront address. Everything starts with the repair request form.
- We come to youFree pickup and return delivery inside our London service area (currently up to 15 km), so repair doesn’t mean a trip across town.
- Prices you can readLabour prices are published and parts are itemized on your quotation. If something changes, we ask before we act.
- You approve every repairWe diagnose, quote and wait for your go-ahead. Nothing is repaired or charged beyond what you’ve approved.
- Tested before it’s returnedYour device is tested after repair, and only returned once it’s working as it should.
What we’ll never do
- Start a repair you haven’t approved.
- Add charges that weren’t on your quotation.
- Ask for your account passwords to book a repair.
- Promise pickup outside our service area.
